Artist  and teacher who works with community outreach programs to help bring art to seniors and youth groups. I believe in exploration through all mediums and discovery in everyday observations. The images captured in my work act as vessels that hold our collective and celebratory experiences of life. They are not studio images, but moments of humanity and the emotion they contain, surreptitiously collected in the world. As I capture these moments, whether it be with photography, paint, or with mixed media, I attempt to hold a mirror to the living - and remind those who might miss the spirit sealed within the fine details around us, of what is hidden behind closed doors.
